Inspired by the eclectic dining scene of Tel Aviv, Ovolo The Valley's new restaurant unites Middle Eastern flavour with Mediterranean colour and sought an identity to suit. A cheeky, irreverent brand was created using vibrant colours influenced by the dishes themselves, and illustrations drawn from vintage travel stamps and souvenirs.

A Suite Of Sub-Identities Full Of Character

A whimsical oasis in the heart of Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, Za Za Ta's wider story was brought to life by the creation of several 'micro-identities' to capture the unique character of each of the restaurant's distinct spaces. This set of badges served to give each room an ownable look and feel, whilst ultimately uniting them as part of an illustrative brand pattern. Accompanied by a suite of cheeky and playful, quirky illustrations and type statements that turn into a unique and ownable wallpaper.
